MAGI-1 Antibody (SS-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MAGI-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MAGI-1 antibody (SS-5) is available as non-conjugated format. MAGI-1, a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family, plays a crucial role in assembling multiprotein complexes at the membrane-cytoskeletal interface, essential for maintaining cellular architecture and signaling pathways. MAGI-1 features three distinct protein-protein interaction modules: PDZ domain, SH3 domain, and guanylate kinase (GuK) domain. MAGI-1 regulates synaptic signaling and cellular adhesion, making MAGI-1 vital for neuronal function and development.
