MA3 Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects MA3 protein in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MA3 antibody (A-1) is available as non-conjugated format. MA3 protein, also known as PNMA3 (paraneoplastic antigen MA3), is a 463 amino acid nuclear protein featuring one CCHC-type zinc finger and belongs to the paraneoplastic antigen MA (PNMA) family. MA3 (A-1) antibody has proven valuable in studying immune responses to tumors, as MA3 antibodies are frequently detected in serum from patients with paraneoplastic neurological disorders, highlighting MA3′s significance in cancer immunology.
