Lyl-1 Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Lyl-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lyl-1 (C-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lyl-1, also known as lymphoblastic leukemia-derived sequence 1, plays a crucial role in regulating hematopoiesis and is primarily located in the nucleus, where Lyl-1 interacts with E2α proteins to form heterodimeric complexes that exhibit unique DNA-binding properties. This nuclear localization enables Lyl-1 to influence gene expression patterns critical for T cell development and function.
