Ly-6C Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ly-6C protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Ly-6C antibody (G-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ly-6C protein, encoded by a gene located on chromosome 15, consists of 131 amino acids and is a member of the Ly-6 family of glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored proteins.
