LRCH4 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LRCH4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LRCH4 (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LRCH4, also known as leucine-rich repeats and calponin homology (CH) domain containing 4, is a 683 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal organization. LRCH4 features a unique structure comprising one calponin-homology domain and nine leucine-rich repeats, which are essential for ligand binding and interaction with various signaling molecules. The carboxy-terminus of LRCH4 serves as a membrane anchor, facilitating cell-to-cell adhesion, while the amino-terminus binds to actin and other cytoskeletal components, influencing cellular morphology and motility. The gene encoding LRCH4 is located on human chromosome 7, a region rich in genes that plays a significant role in various biological processes.
