Liver FBPase Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects liver FBPase of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-liver FBPase antibody (B-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase) plays a crucial role in carbohydrate metabolism by catalyzing the conversion of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate into fructose 6-phosphate and inorganic phosphate, a key step in gluconeogenesis that helps maintain blood glucose levels during fasting.
