LIMK-2 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects LIMK-2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LIMK-2 (A-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LIMK-2, a member of the LIM kinase family, plays a crucial role in regulating actin dynamics, which is essential for various cellular processes such as motility, morphology, and signaling. LIMK-2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the phosphorylation of cofilin, a key regulator of actin filament turnover.
