Laminin β-3 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Laminin beta-3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Laminin beta-3 antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Laminin beta-3, a key component of the extracellular matrix, plays a vital role in cell adhesion, differentiation, and migration, which are essential processes during tissue development and repair. Anti-Laminin beta-3 antibody (A-6) recognizes a protein primarily located in the basal lamina, a specialized layer of the extracellular matrix that underlies epithelial and endothelial cells, providing structural support and influencing cellular behavior. Laminin beta-3 presence in the basal lamina is crucial for maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating communication between cells and their environment. Anti-Laminin beta-3 antibody (A-6) targets a protein that interacts with various receptors, including integrins and dystroglycan, which are important for signaling pathways that regulate cell survival and proliferation. Understanding Laminin beta-3 function and localization is essential for elucidating its role in developmental biology and its implications in diseases such as cancer and muscular dystrophies.
