Lamin B2 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Lamin B2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lamin B2 (F-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lamin B2 plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of the nuclear envelope, which is essential for proper cellular function and organization. Located on the nucleoplasmic side of the inner nuclear membrane, Lamin B2 is a key component of the nuclear lamina, providing mechanical support and anchoring chromatin.
