Lamin B1 Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Lamin B1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Lamin B1 antibody (C-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lamin B1 plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of the nuclear envelope and is a key component of the nuclear lamina, which provides mechanical support to the nucleus and helps organize chromatin.
