Lamin B1 Antibody (A-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Lamin B1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Lamin B1 antibody (A-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lamin B1, a 586 amino acid protein encoded by the LMNB1 gene, plays a crucial role in maintaining nuclear envelope structural integrity and cellular morphology as a key component of the nuclear lamina, a fibrous layer on the nucleoplasmic side of the inner nuclear membrane.
