Lamin A/C Antibody (JoL3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Lamin A and Lamin C proteins in dermal fibroblasts of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Lamin A/C antibody (JoL3) is available in a non-conjugated form, providing flexibility for various experimental needs. Lamin A and C proteins play crucial roles in maintaining the structural integrity of the nuclear envelope, which is essential for proper cellular function and morphology.
