SEE ALSO...

LACC1 Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects LACC1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LACC1, a 430 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on chromosome 13, plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. Anti-LACC1 antibody (H-6) has potential involvement in tumor suppression research, as chromosome 13 harbors key tumor suppressor genes like BRCA2 and RB1, which are critical for maintaining genomic stability and preventing malignant transformations. LACC1 monoclonal antibody (H-6) helps study expression patterns that may provide insights into functional roles in both normal physiology and disease states. Understanding LACC1′s interactions and regulatory mechanisms could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment and other related disorders.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376064 P appropriate for?

Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
