KSHV ORF 57 Antibody (207.6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects KSHV ORF 57 protein by western blotting (WB) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). KSHV ORF 57 protein, also known as ORF57, plays a crucial role as a post-transcriptional regulator in the life cycle of Kaposi′s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus, which is linked to the development of Kaposi′s sarcoma and lymphoproliferative disorders, particularly in immunocompromised individuals.
