KIF20A Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects KIF20A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-KIF20A antibody (D-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. KIF20A, also known as kinesin family member 20A, Rabkinesin-6, RAB6KIFL, or MKLP2, is a vital protein consisting of 890 amino acids that plays a significant role in cellular processes. KIF20A is primarily located at the Golgi apparatus, where KIF20A is essential for the retrograde transport of Golgi membranes and vesicles along microtubules, a process crucial for maintaining cellular organization and function.
