Ki67 Antibody (Ki-67) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ki67 by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Ki67 antibody (Ki-67) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ki67 serves as a crucial nuclear marker associated with cell proliferation, playing a significant role in cell cycle regulation.
