KCTD13 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects KCTD13 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-KCTD13 antibody (B-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. KCTD13 protein, also known as polymerase delta-interacting protein 1 (PDIP1 or POLDIP1), is a 329 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a BTB (Broad-Complex, Tramtrack and Bric a brac) domain, which is crucial for function in transcriptional regulation and chromatin structure modulation. This domain facilitates KCTD13 homodimerization, allowing interaction with key proteins such as proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the small subunit of polymerase delta, thereby playing a significant role in DNA repair, DNA replication, and cell-cycle control.
