κB-Ras2 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects κB-Ras2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-κB-Ras2 antibody (F-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. κB-Ras2 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the regulation of the NF-κB signaling cascade, which is vital for controlling immune responses, cell proliferation, and survival. κB-Ras2 interacts specifically with the PEST domains of IκB-α and IκB-β, leading to a decrease in their degradation rate, which is essential for maintaining the stability of NF-κB complexes in the cytoplasm.
