Kaiso Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Kaiso protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Kaiso (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Kaiso protein, also known as ZNF-kaiso, is a member of the BTB/POZ family of zinc finger transcription factors, which play crucial roles in embryonic development and cancer progression. Kaiso is primarily localized in the nucleus and is expressed in various tissues, including the brain, eye, ear, branchial arches, and spinal cord, as well as in NIH3T3 cells. One of the key features of Kaiso is interaction with specific proteins, such as p120 catenin, which is essential for maintaining cell adhesion and regulating cellular signaling pathways.
