JNK3 Antibody (10E4A4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 28-233 of human JNK3, a stress-activated protein kinase involved in cellular stress responses. JNK3 mouse monoclonal antibody (10E4A4) recognizes an epitope within this specified region and demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting JNK3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications. Anti-JNK3 monoclonal antibody (10E4A4) is available in non-conjugated form and multiple conjugated forms including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates, offering versatility for diverse experimental needs. JNK3 belongs to a sophisticated family of kinases that enhance c-Jun′s transcriptional activity through phosphorylation. The complexity of JNK signaling stems from its elaborate gene structure: three distinct genes generate ten isoforms through alternative mRNA splicing. These isoforms include five p46 variants (JNK1a1, JNK1b1, JNK2a1, JNK2b1, and JNK3a1) and five p54 variants (JNK1a2, JNK1b2, JNK2a2, JNK2b2, and JNK3b2). JNK3 (also known as MK10, MAPK10) responds specifically to pro-inflammatory cytokines and environmental stressors, playing a critical role in neuronal apoptosis and stress-induced cell death. This specialized function makes JNK3 particularly significant in neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer′s and Parkinson′s diseases. Beyond neurological roles, JNK3 contributes to various cancers, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma, highlighting JNK3′s importance in both tumorigenesis and immune responses. Through JNK3′s diverse splice variants and substrate interactions, JNK3 modulates multiple cellular processes, making JNK3 (10E4A4) antibody valuable for investigating both normal signaling mechanisms and disease pathways.
