JMJD1C Antibody (BA-09) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects JMJD1C protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-JMJD1C antibody (BA-09) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. JMJD1C protein, also known as TRIP8 (thyroid hormone receptor interacting protein 8), is a crucial nuclear protein that belongs to the JHDM2 family of histone demethylases. JMJD1C is expressed in various tissues and plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression by demethylating lysine-9 of Histone H3, which is essential for the histone code and influences nuclear hormone receptor-mediated transcriptional regulation.
