SEE ALSO...

JAGN1 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects JAGN1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). JAGN1 Antibody (C-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. JAGN1 consists of 183 amino acids and plays a crucial role in regulating the unfolded protein response, which maintains cellular homeostasis and prevents stress-induced apoptosis. Dysregulation of JAGN1 can lead to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, highlighting JAGN1′s importance in cellular health. JAGN1 is located on human chromosome 3, a region significant for involvement in numerous genetic diseases and harboring key tumor suppressor genes. Understanding JAGN1′s function and implications in disease processes can provide valuable insights for therapeutic interventions and biomarker development.
