IRAK-1 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects IRAK-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IRAK-1 antibody (E-5) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. IRAK-1 plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the signaling pathways activated by interleukin-1 (IL-1) and toll-like receptors (TLRs). Upon binding of IL-1 to its receptor, IRAK-1 is recruited to the receptor complex, leading to the activation of downstream signaling cascades, including the NF-kB pathway, which is essential for the expression of various pro-inflammatory cytokines. Proper functioning of IRAK-1 is vital for a robust immune response, and dysregulation of IRAK-1 has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases and conditions, making IRAK-1 a significant target for therapeutic intervention.
