INTS2 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects INTS2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-INTS2 antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. INTS2, a 1,204 amino acid single-pass membrane protein, plays a crucial role as a subunit of the integrator complex, which is essential for the transcription and processing of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs). This complex interacts with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II, facilitating the 3′-end processing of snRNAs such as U1 and U2, which are vital for mRNA splicing and gene expression regulation. Proper functioning of the integrator complex and INTS2 is critical for maintaining gene expression integrity, as dysregulation can lead to various diseases, including cancer. INTS2 (A-5) antibody enables researchers to gain valuable insights into transcription regulation mechanisms and snRNA processing in cellular function.
