In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-23941 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-23941 FITC).

This antibody works great on human kidney tissues. The IHC results look identical as another α5 antibody (P1D6): sc-13547.
