SEE ALSO...

Integrin α5 Antibody (P1D6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin α5 of human and primate origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Integrin α5 antibody (P1D6) is available in both conjugated and non-conjugated forms, providing flexibility for various experimental needs. Integrin α5 is a crucial component of the integrin family, which consists of heterodimers formed by noncovalently associated transmembrane α and β subunits. Integrin α5 (P1D6) monoclonal antibody enables detection of this protein, which plays a significant role in mediating cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix, specifically binding to ligands such as fibronectin, collagen, and vitronectin. This interaction is vital for numerous cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and survival, as Integrin α5 facilitates the transmission of signals from the extracellular environment to the cell interior. Integrin α5 (P1D6) antibody helps researchers study how this protein regulates cytoskeletal organization, which is essential for maintaining cell shape and enabling movement. Anti-Integrin α5 antibody (P1D6) supports research into both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions, such as cancer metastasis and tissue repair, by enabling investigation of this protein′s interactions with various ligands and signaling molecules.
