Ini1 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ini1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Ini1 antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ini1 protein, also known as SNF5, plays a crucial role in the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, which is essential for gene expression regulation. Ini1 protein helps facilitate ATP-dependent remodeling of nucleosomes, allowing transcription factors access to DNA. Ini1 protein, along with other core subunits like Brg-1 and BAF155, enhances remodeling activity of the complex, making Ini1 vital for proper cellular function and development.
