IL-7 Antibody (NYRhIL7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects interleukin-7 (IL-7) in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-7 is a crucial cytokine that plays a significant role in the development and homeostasis of T and B lymphocytes, making IL-7 essential for a robust immune response. IL-7 is primarily secreted by stromal cells in the bone marrow and thymus, where IL-7 binds to the IL-7 receptor on lymphocyte precursors, promoting their survival and proliferation. This interaction is vital for the maturation of T cells and the maintenance of memory T cells, which are critical for long-term immunity. Additionally, IL-7′s ability to stimulate the activation of Janus tyrosine kinase family members, such as JAK1 and JAK3, underscores IL-7′s importance in signaling pathways that regulate immune cell function. Anti-IL-7 antibody (NYRhIL7) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune responses, lymphocyte development, and potential therapeutic targets in immunological disorders.
