SEE ALSO...

IL-4Rα Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-4Rα in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-IL-4Rα antibody (E-1) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. IL-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the effects of interleukin-4, a key cytokine involved in the differentiation of T helper cells and the regulation of immune responses. IL-4Rα is primarily located on the surface of immune cells, including T cells, B cells, and macrophages, where IL-4Rα facilitates the binding of IL-4 and initiates signaling pathways that promote cell proliferation and differentiation. This surface expression ensures immune cells can respond effectively to cytokine signals, thereby influencing the development of allergic responses and the regulation of inflammation. Understanding IL-4Rα dynamics and interactions is essential for developing targeted therapies for various immune-related disorders, including asthma and other allergic conditions.
