IL-1RAcP Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-1RAcP of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-1RAcP (D-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-1RAcP plays a crucial role in the immune response by acting as an accessory protein that associates with the type-1 IL-1 receptor (IL-1RI) to facilitate signal transduction upon binding of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1α and IL-1β.
