IL-1α Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-1α of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-1α Antibody (G-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-1α is a key pro-inflammatory cytokine playing a vital role in immune response and inflammation.
