IL-12B p40 Antibody (1-1D5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects IL-12B p40 in human samples through western blotting (WB). IL-12B p40 plays a crucial role in the immune response as a subunit of the heterodimeric cytokine IL-12, which is essential for the differentiation of naive CD4(+) T cells into type 1 helper T cells that produce interferon-γ (IFN-γ).
