Ikaros Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ikaros protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Ikaros antibody (E-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ikaros protein plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during lymphocyte development, particularly in T and B cell lineages, by acting as a transcription factor that binds to specific DNA sequences.
