IK1 Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IK1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IK1 (D-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IK1, also known as SK4 or Intermediate Conductance Calcium-Activated Potassium Channel 4, plays a crucial role in regulating cellular excitability and maintaining ion homeostasis, which is vital for numerous physiological processes such as smooth muscle contraction and neuronal signaling.
