    IGF2BP3 Antibody (DE-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects IGF2BP3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGF2BP3 (DE-7) antibody is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile experimental use. The insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding proteins (IGF2BPs) play a crucial role in regulating RNA metabolism and synthesis, which is vital for cellular function and development. Specifically, IGF2BP3 interacts with various mRNAs, including those encoding c-Myc and IGF-II, thereby influencing cell proliferation and growth. IGF2BP3 is particularly significant in cancer biology, as IGF2BP3 is associated with the progression of several malignancies, including colon cancer, sarcomas, and breast cancer. IGF2BP3 has been linked to high-grade dysplastic lesions in pancreatic ductal epithelium, making IGF2BP3 a potential biomarker for carcinomas. Additionally, IGF2BP3′s ability to modulate the stability and translation of target mRNAs underscores IGF2BP3′s importance in tumorigenesis and cellular response to growth factors.
