    Ig κ chain Antibody (OX20) is a rat monoclonal IgG2 light chain antibody that detects Ig κ light chains of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Ig κ chain Antibody (OX20) is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. The Ig κ light chain plays a crucial role in immune response, as it pairs with heavy chains to form functional antibodies. This pairing enables proper assembly of immunoglobulins, which are vital for recognizing and neutralizing pathogens. The presence of Ig κ light chain allows for diverse antibody specificities, enabling the immune system to effectively target various antigens.     In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-53080 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-53080 FITC).
