SEE ALSO...

IFN-α/βRβ Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects IFN-α/βRβ in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IFN-α/βRβ plays a crucial role in the immune response by serving as a receptor for type I interferons, which are vital for establishing an antiviral state in cells. IFN-α/βRβ is part of a larger signaling pathway that activates immune responses against viral infections, making IFN-α/βRβ essential for the body′s defense mechanisms. IFN-α/βRβ is primarily located on the cell surface, where IFN-α/βRβ interacts with type I interferons, facilitating the transduction of signals that lead to the expression of antiviral genes. Proper functioning of IFN-α/βRβ is critical, as any dysregulation can result in impaired immune responses or contribute to autoimmune diseases. Anti-IFN-α/βRβ antibody (D-6) enables researchers to gain insights into the dynamics of interferon signaling and its implications in various pathological conditions, enhancing our understanding of immune regulation and potential therapeutic targets.
