    ICAM-2 Antibody (miC2-4) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects ICAM-2 in mouse samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. ICAM-2, also known as CD102, is a crucial member of the intercellular adhesion molecule family, primarily expressed on endothelial cells and leukocytes, where ICAM-2 plays a significant role in mediating leukocyte adhesion and migration during immune responses. ICAM-2′s ability to interact with lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) is particularly important, as ICAM-2 facilitates the adhesion of lymphocytes to endothelial cells, thereby promoting their extravasation into tissues during inflammation. Proper functioning of ICAM-2 is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and responding effectively to pathogens, making ICAM-2 a key player in both innate and adaptive immunity. Dysregulation of ICAM-2 expression has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, highlighting ICAM-2′s potential as a therapeutic target.     How can ICAM-2 (miC2-4): sc-19682 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-19682 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-19682 FITC).
