HYI Antibody (R-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HYI protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HYI antibody (R-11) is available as the non-conjugated form. HYI protein, also known as hydroxypyruvate isomerase, plays a crucial role in carbohydrate metabolism by catalyzing the reversible conversion of hydroxypyruvate to 2-hydroxy-3-oxopropanoate, a reaction essential for maintaining metabolic balance.
