Human Thymic Fibroblasts Antibody (TE7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Human Thymic Fibroblasts by immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-Human Thymic Fibroblasts antibody (TE7) is available as a non-conjugated format. Fibroblasts, including those found in the thymus, are crucial for synthesizing and maintaining the extracellular matrix, which provides structural support to tissues and plays a vital role in wound healing. Human Thymic Fibroblasts (TE7) monoclonal antibody helps study proteins that contribute to the unique microenvironment of the thymus, facilitating the development and maturation of T cells, which are essential for the adaptive immune response. The thymic fibroblasts create a specialized niche that supports thymocyte differentiation through the secretion of various cytokines and extracellular matrix components. Additionally, fibroblasts exhibit a diverse morphology and are not confined to a specific attachment, allowing them to adapt to various tissue environments. Their ability to proliferate easily makes them a favored choice for cell culture in biological research, and the identification of fibroblast markers, such as the intermediate filament protein Vimentin, aids in distinguishing these cells and understanding their mesodermal origin.
