HTLV-1 Tax Antibody (1A3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects the HTLV-1 Tax protein of HTLV-1 origin by western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HTLV-1 Tax (1A3) antibody is available as the non-conjugated form. HTLV-1 Tax protein plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of HTLV-1-associated diseases, including HTLV-1-associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis (HAM/TSP) and adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL).
