HTLV-1 gp46 Antibody (1C11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HTLV-1 gp46 protein of HTLV-1 origin by western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). HTLV-1 gp46 (1C11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The human T-lymphotropic virus (HTLV) is a single-stranded RNA retrovirus linked to serious health conditions such as T cell leukemia and T cell lymphoma, as well as potential involvement in demyelinating diseases.
