HSPA1L Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSPA1L protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HSPA1L antibody (C-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HSPA1L protein, also known as heat shock 70 kDa protein 1L or HSP70T, is a 641 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in protein folding and cellular stress response. HSPA1L (C-6) monoclonal antibody helps researchers study this member of the heat shock protein 70 family, which maintains cellular homeostasis by assisting in proper folding of nascent polypeptides and preventing aggregation of misfolded proteins. HSPA1L is particularly important in spermatids, where expression contributes to male gamete development. Unlike many other heat shock proteins, HSPA1L isn′t induced by heat shock, indicating a specialized function in cellular processes. This unique characteristic makes anti-HSPA1L antibody (C-6) valuable for studying protein dynamics and stress responses in various biological systems.
