HSPA14 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSPA14 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HSPA14 (G-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HSPA14 protein, also known as heat shock 70kDa protein 14, HSP70-4, or HSP70L1, consists of 509 amino acids and is derived from human dendritic cells. HSPA14 plays a crucial role in dendritic cell maturation, which is essential for initiating and regulating immune responses. HSPA14 stimulates the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin 12p70, interleukin 1β, and tumor necrosis factor alpha, as well as chemokines like IP-10, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, and RANTES. These interactions are vital for the immune system′s ability to respond to pathogens and maintain homeostasis. Anti-HSPA14 antibody (G-9) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune responses and the role of heat shock proteins in cellular processes.
