HSP 60 Antibody (LK1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSP 60 protein of mouse, rat, human, bovine, porcine, and canine origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSP 60 antibody (LK1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HSP 60, also known as heat shock protein 60, plays a crucial role in mitochondrial function by assisting in proper folding and assembly of newly synthesized proteins imported into mitochondria.
