HSFX1 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects HSFX1 of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSFX1 antibody (D-12) is available as the non-conjugated form. HSFX1, also known as heat shock transcription factor family, X linked 1 or LW-1, consists of 423 amino acids and is predominantly expressed in the testis, where HSFX1 plays a crucial role in spermatogenesis and male fertility. HSFX1 is localized in the cytoplasm, and HSFX1′s function is vital as HSFX1 regulates the expression of heat shock proteins in response to thermal and chemical stress, which is essential for cellular protection and recovery.
