HoxD9 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects HoxD9 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HoxD9 is a critical transcription factor involved in the regulation of embryonic development and cellular differentiation, primarily by modulating downstream target genes. HoxD9 plays a significant role in the early stages of mouse joint development, showing predominant expression in articular cartilage, which is essential for joint function and integrity. HoxD9 transcripts have been found in the synovial tissue of arthritic mice, indicating a potential involvement in the pathology of arthritis.
