SEE ALSO...

HoxD10 Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HoxD10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HoxD10 antibody (G-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HoxD10, a member of the Abd-B homeobox family, plays a crucial role in embryonic development and cellular differentiation by regulating the expression of downstream target genes. Specifically, HoxD10 is involved in axial patterning, influencing the morphologic features along the anterior-posterior body axis, which is vital for proper limb and organ formation. HoxD10 is primarily localized in the nucleus and is predominantly expressed in the adult male and female urogenital tracts, as well as in developing limb buds during embryogenesis. Mutations in the gene encoding HoxD10 can lead to congenital vertical talus (CVT), a condition characterized by a dislocated talonavicular joint and often accompanied by other congenital deformities, underscoring HoxD10′s significance in normal skeletal development.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-166235 X be used instead of the standard form sc-166235?

Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
