HoxD10 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects HoxD10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HoxD10, a member of the Abd-B homeobox family, plays a crucial role in developmental processes by regulating gene expression that influences cellular differentiation and morphogenesis, particularly along the anterior-posterior body axis. This nuclear protein is predominantly expressed in the adult male and female urogenital tracts and is also found in developing limb buds, highlighting its importance in both reproductive and limb development. Notably, mutations in HoxD10 are linked to congenital vertical talus (CVT), a condition characterized by a dislocation of the talonavicular joint, often accompanied by other congenital deformities. HoxD10′s ability to direct DNA-protein and protein-protein interactions is essential for proper axial patterning, and dysregulation can lead to severe developmental disorders, making anti-HoxD10 antibody (B-10) a valuable tool for researchers studying developmental biology and related pathologies.
