SEE ALSO...

HoxB13 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HoxB13 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HoxB13 antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HoxB13 protein plays a crucial role as a sequence-specific transcription factor within the Hox gene family, which is essential for proper development of various structures in vertebrates, including the central nervous system, limbs, and urogenital tract. HoxB13 is predominantly expressed in the prostate gland, where HoxB13 is vital for normal differentiation and secretory function, highlighting HoxB13′s importance in prostate health and disease. HoxB13 protein is primarily localized in the nucleus, where HoxB13 regulates gene expression, but HoxB13 also exhibits cytoplasmic localization during fetal skin development and in certain hyperproliferative skin conditions, indicating HoxB13′s dynamic role in cellular processes. HoxB13 monoclonal antibody (F-9) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying developmental biology, prostate cancer, and related fields, providing insights into molecular mechanisms underlying these critical biological processes.
